How to Order

Our website is not set up for eCommerce - we're just an old fashioned "Mom & Pop" operation! PLEASE CHECK PRODUCT AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING ORDER. There are two ways to order our products and make payments:

1. Phone: call us at 301-662-0203 with your order & credit card details. If you prefer to pay by check, you will be provided an address to which a check may be mailed.

2. Email: you can submit your order by email to the following address: accordiongifts4u@gmail.com. (Note: credit card information should never be transmitted over the Internet - please call us with your credit card details.

Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it upon proof of damage within 30 days of purchase.
If you ordered the wrong size of a T-shirt, for example, we will exchange it upon receipt of the ordered item in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased, we will provide a full refund (less shipping cost) upon receipt of the item in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
